Sales Representative with No Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making cold calls
- Promote and sell a portfolio of products, services and solutions, and problem solve while maintaining customer service by building relationships with current clients.
- Coordinate with management to establish and meet or exceed quotas
- Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with management of our agency to maximize opportunities for sales and profit goals
- Offer consultation with subject matter experts to customer
- Manage accounts toward increased sales and profit goals
- Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests in a timely manner
- Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales/business development - Knowledge of the services and solutions we offer
- Demonstrated success in writing high-quality content in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English language skills at close to native level
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence others
